Children's Mental Health week
As it is children's mental health week we thought we should encourage to do something you enjoy. Maybe get outside to the park or read, listen to your favourite tunes and sing along, hoover up, do the ironing, clean the bathroom ( just thought I'd sneak those in there to help your parents out). Seriously though, you should try to do something that will make you feel good - often being active helps. To show you what some people do to express themselves and boost their mental health I am including a link to clips by some people you will recognise telling you about what helps them.
