Children's Mental Health Week Activities
Your year 1 teachers have put together some activities for you enjoy this week!
Do as many or as little as you like but try and spend this week to think about something you would like to do and set a 'Wellbeing' goal! :)
Miss James enjoys walking so over the next few weeks, now that the weather is better, she is going to go on a different walk from her house everyday and see where I can explore! Getting outside in the fresh air makes me feel better.

Make your own Playdough with Mrs Harrison!
Doing crafts, baking and making things can be a great way to express yourself and look after your mental health! Mrs Harrison has made a video showing you how to make your very own playdough at home! The recipe is below.
