Dear Parents and Carers
As we reach the Christmas holiday, I would like to thank you all for your continued support this term. It has been another tricky term with many challenges but it has also been a very enjoyable term with lots to celebrate!
The children have continued to work exceptionally hard and have shown excellent attitudes to their learning. The staff have also worked extremely hard and as always have been dedicated to supporting the learning and well-being of all of our pupils.
There has been lovely festive feel in school over the past week with parties, christmas songs and a special visit from Father Christmas! The junior children enjoyed their visit to the cinema to watch Arthur Christmas. The Savoy sent some wonderful feedback about the fantastic behaviour of our children.
Well done to our fabulous choir who sang at the St Martin’s Nativity trail on Saturday. Thank you to parents for bringing the children along and a huge thanks to Mrs Norbury for leading the choir. The children’s singing was wonderful!
On behalf of the staff and governors I would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year. Please keep safe and well and we look forward to seeing the children back at school on Thursday 6th January 2022.
