Good morning. Today we are going to be looking at representing numbers in different ways. Watch the video and have a go at the activity too. Unfortunately you will need to access today's video by using the links PUPILS - HOME LEARNING - VIDEO CENTRE.
Today we will be looking at typing so it would be useful if you had a key board to hand. This can be a PC, phone or tablet keyboard. If you are using your device for the lesson you can use it after to explore as I have one on the screen at all times.
Watch my video and complete the two activities:
Activity 1 - Find your name on the keyboard and colour them in
Activity 2 - Find the special keys on a keyboard and colour them in, labeling them telling me what they do
The list of keys to find
- deleting a mistake
- capital letters
- finger space
- question mark
- "enter" or starting a new line
- the number keys
Extra challenge - write a sentence to Miss James on firstname.lastname@example.org and tell me what you have enjoyed learning about in ICT so far or what you would like to learn more about.
