Week Commencing 1st March 2021
The Moon and World Book Day
So we have learning all about the planets and how amazing Space is...it really is wonderful learning that we are not the only planet in Space and that we go round and round the Sun!!!
This week we are looking at the MOON!
I love learning about the moon! We see it in the sky at night. But what is the moon? How does it make different shapes? Have a look at the different videos that teach us about the moon.
We are also looking at making CVC words with the letters we have learnt so far, so keep on practising to blend the phonemes together to make a word.
It's also World Book Day week. So don't forget to check out all the super cool links that we have so you can listen to different books read by different authors each day. There is also a section on books from around the world. They are really awesome! Don't forget to complete the World Book Day activities, where you can share your favourite book with me and also have lots of fun with the games and scavenger hunts.
I look forward to seeing you all next week when school opens for everyone!
