Early Years and the 30 hours

IMPORTANT UPDATE - JULY 2017

Parents & Carers must have applied and received their eligibility code before the start of the Autumn term 2017. Parents/carers can get an eligibility code by registering at www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

If parents /carers have applied early for their code, please check that the expiry code is not before 1st September. If it is, parents/carers will need to reconfirm their eligibility.

Finally parents/carers MUST apply before 14th August 2017 to allow time for applications to be processed by the government website. Dear Parents and Carers

Welcome to Didsbury Road Primary School and to what we hope will be a happy and successful learning journey for your child.

At Didsbury Road, our aim is to create an exciting and challenging learning environment where all children grow and develop both academically and personally.  Our school ethos is for our children to be 'Happy, Caring, Confident' learners both during their time at our school and beyond. We are very proud of our school and our achievements and we have very high expectations for every child in all aspects of their lives.

We also value partnerships. As a school within the 'Heatons', we are very much a part of the local community. We are also involved with supporting and collaborating with other schools across Stockport. As a staff, we value our partnership with our parents and carers in order to promote and ensure that our children achieve their full potential.

At Didsbury Road, the children are always at the centre of everything that we do.

I hope that you enjoy browsing our website and finding out more information about our school. If you would like further details, or to make an appointment to visit the school, please contact us via the contact details on the home page.

We look forward to welcoming you and your child to our school.

Mr Lee Hardy
